On Mame, I use OpenGL for the raster games, and D3D for the vector games, using Gigapigs ini files.
The vector games have ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- the bed. The vectors don't seem to redraw themselves, and I end up with a blurred mess. See pics (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/5fad5448d7ed205b01e18f99dfe9a2df.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/3a4dd4b0a086e13354edd629de441359.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/67ed385f846397f46af735ae7fe26c79.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/8ff6de745542f40ed6b50af37c0da6fb.jpg)for example.
I have Windows 7, with DX 11 installed. I also installed the older DX 9 since I was getting a Mame error. Aside from dxdiag, which says nothing's wrong, I feel I might be missing a key component to make these games run right. They used to work before I reinstalled windows. Any help would be amazing!

That looks like a bad ass version of Tempest.

Battle zone is even worse! ;)
So this morning with a clear head I figured the ini must be bad. I tried new vector ini settings, and it seems that when HLSL is enabled (as it was before the reinstall) that's what causes this "overBloom"
I know this has something to do with the d3d, since all of my raster games which use OpenGL work fine.
I haven't found anything online that shows good settings for vector games using GLsL. Am I wrong?
