These look very familiar. Do you know if it's compatible with the PS3 and does it have "start" and "select"?
Does anyone know what type of connector that is on the board end of the wires (the white one)? Does it have a specific name?
Pretty sure they're JST XH 2-pin connectors. They're used on battery packs.
Well, you could do a 2player, 3 button panel?
1pjoy - joy
2pjoy - 4 buttons
3 buttons per player
2 coin
2 start
1 exit
Wouldn't that work?
Also, I have not tried on the PS3. I have a PS3, so I will try hooking it up tonight. I will post my results.

OK, good news! I have tried this out with my PS3, and it worked great! :woot
I was finally kicking butt in Tekken tonight! Maybe I will make myself a PS3 CP with one of these.
Buy some of the spinners anyway. I'm getting sick of my mouse hack.
We are hoping to get some more of these while avoiding outlandish purchasing agent fees. If we can get this deal going, it would be worth it for us to continue to sell some goods for a while longer. We might also pick up a few different items as well.
I was in Hualien most of the time, now Im in Taipei; pretty much gonna stay here till I go home.
getting any more? I completely missed this and would love one.
On a mountain of encoders, in the castle of games, he sits on a throne of roms. What games have been, will be once more. Now is the season of MAMEing.

I have a question, do these boards have a 5volt area so that optical joysticks like the Sanwa flash, Happ/Wico P360, etc can work properly?
and as regards to the PS3, do they have a Button to activate "Home"?
either way. PM SENT!

You ever figure out a way to simulate pressing the PS Home button with these things on a PS3?
has your contact said anything about developing a X360 version?
Special Function Keys:
If you wish, you may set up buttons for special Functions. These are the four ports on the right side of the board. Connect your button to these ports the same way that you would connect any button.
MODE: Press this button to switch your controls over to POV Hat mode. Common used function for flight
simulator games or other games where changing point of view is helpful. When pushed, it will change the
joystick controls (up, down, left, right) to a second set of controls to map to. Pushing the button again will
return the joystick to standard controls
TURBO: This will turn your button presses to turbo rapid fire mode. To use, hold down the turbo button
and press the button you wish to have on turbo. Now when you push that button, the button stroke will be a
rapid fire. You may use this function on as many buttons as you want at once.
AUTO: This is like rapid fire, but when you put a button in Auto mode, it will keep the button in rapid fire
without you even pushing the button. To use, hold down the auto button and press the button you wish to
have on auto. As soon as you turn the button on auto, it will continue to rapidly fire until you turn it off. You may use this function on as many buttons as you want at once.
CLR: The Clear Function is used to turn off the turbo and auto functions. To clear turbo or auto on any
button, hold down the clear button and push the button you wish to remove auto or turbo from. Repeat this
process for every button that you want to have cleared.

I am trying to purchase a ZD Encoder along with the extra wires. I have a paypal acct but I need to know how to proceed. I am a new member and was restricted to send a personal message. Also do you have any buttons for sale and how much would they cost ?
Oop! Sorry, I somehow had it in my mind that I responded to you. I must be going senile. :dizzy:
You can remap the exit button in Mame with a press of a button or a combination of buttons. Just while in game, hit tab on the keyboard, goto the "Input (general)" option, then "User Interface" then you should see the quit is mapped to the esc button. (I think they call quit "UI Cancel"). You can remap this to be whatever button you want from the encoder. If you push more than one at once, it will know to quit only when you push both buttons. I have mine set to quit when I push both "Coin" and "start" at the same time.
Vigo, can you PM with payment instructions please! I will be taking one off your hands.
Thanks,
Justin

Hey Vigo, do you have a encoder that can be used with the ps3 and the 360?
Haruman does a good job with gamepad hacks.

Hello,
I give international shipping at cost here. It should generally be cheaper through here directly than through ebay. I will PM you with a quote.
FYI, I only have one left in inventory until my next shipment comes in about a week from now. If you want more than one, it will take a little longer. Thanks!

After 1 year of researching and wishing ~ Its time to get off the pot and build me a stick. Vigo I would like to buy a ZD Rematch ~ Im using Happ Buttons and a Zippyy Joystick (so the American size wires should work)PM replied. Thanks!
Please send me a message ~ Time to start building !!!
Hi guys, I bought one of these from ebay a few weeks back after reading the original thread on their discovery - it turned up yesterday.
I finally got around to having a play with it today, and wondered if anyone had had any luck changing the config settings. Namely the default hat/pivot selection on startup.
Currently the Red LED is default, but would like it to boot straight to the green LED to avoid having to run another (Mode) switch if possible.
I have had a look through the properties section in the device manager, and I imagine its just a 0 value that needs changing to 1 somewhere, but lack of info on these boards is making it tough.
Thanks in advance
Hi Vigo,
New user here and like everyone else I can't PM.
I would like to order one of these with wires for all 12 buttons ( not just 8 ) if it doesn't bring the total to over $20.00
Thanks in advance,
Eric

Hi,
I am wanting to build a 2-player Hyperspin cabinet setup(2 sticks, 6 action buttons each & a few other buttons) and would like to purchase 1 or two of your boards. I can't seem to PM you to set it up(maybe because I am new to the forum???). I am looking to get started building ASAP. Thanks
HI! I want to order this encoder of yours but i am in Philippines..PM replied. Thanks!
How much would it cost if shipping cost is included?
Is this for 1player only?
Can i connect coin slot on this board
My setup: 2-player
6 action buttons for each player
2 sticks
Vigo, my man I'm assuming you still have these in stock, I might need a few, will these work with perfect 360 sticks? They require a common ground so I'm assuming I can tie all the top (or bottom) wires together and be good to go?
After looking through all the different choices out there, I've made the easy decision to go with a pair of these for my arcade cabinet. Like so many others, I'm new here so I can't send PMs. Shoot me a PM or email me @gmail.com
Thanks!
We in stock yet? Also, can someone point me to connectors that work with Cherry switches?
I have been looking at the IPAC4 for a 4 person mame machine I am working on. That has 64 pins or something like that and have programmable inputs for save states and what not. Can this device do that? Also do the settings stick when the PC is powered off?
Thanks,
Rich
Patience, Vigo's good people.
