I am trying to program a minipac, but it is not working, the WinPAC software says just that it failed.
Someone has a clue on that?
But other than that, it is working fine (even mouse buttons and all that I added to it, and the trackball).

Depends on which version you have. On the older version there is a Alt~ROM Jumper Block that needs to be moved to allow it to be programmed. Not sure about the newer model.

I tried to use the old version WinIPAC thing, and it failed.
But after that, the new version worked fine... :/
I wonder what changed when I tried to use the older version.

If you have a new version of the mini-pac (with one mini-usb connection, not two PS/2 ports) some of the older versions will not program it (at least with mini-pac selected under options).
But is sounds like you are now working, so it may be a moot point (except for anyone searching the forums with a similar problem).
