I've bought Andy's products (I-Pacs, J-Pacs, UltraStik 360's) directly from the Ultimarc website several times. I'm on the east coast of the US and despite Ultimarc being located in the UK, shipping was very fast (about 3-4 work days) and his quality standards are excellent. Andy is fast to respond to emails and forum posts about his hardware and explains details in an easy to understand manner.
