Atari 7800 Emulator - any good ones with Mala?
« on: January 31, 2010, 08:29:03 pm »
Does anyone have an Atari 7800 Emulator working good in Mala or have Prosystem running?

I'm using Prosystem 1.3e and it runs fine in just windows.  My computer is an older P4 2.8GHz with 2GB ram.

When it runs in Mala the sound gets real choppy and the video slows down and is not playable.

Here's my command line.
 -MenuEnabled 0 "%path%\%rom%.%ext%"

Are there any other 7800 emulators that work good in Mala or is there something I can do to get Prosystem running better?

Thanks,
Scott

I use MESS 0.128 and have 59 games running rather well in Mala - command line is
a7800 -cart "%path%\%rom%.%ext%"

Hey thanks a bunch for the info. :)

I loaded up Mess and the 7800 games work great in it.
