I have a "fishing reel" joystick from the game Fishermans Bait: A Mass Challenge.

This isnt my auction, but you can see the control here http://cgi.ebay.com/Fishermans-Bait-Bass-Challange-Arcade-machine_W0QQitemZ230393029015QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item35a47ea197 on this cabinet, as well as the marquee.

It has 4 switches on the joystick, then i believe a postive/negative for the pushbutton in the control itself, and then a harness with several wires that is coming from the reel that you use to wind the fish in.

The marquee is in great shape too.
