Ran across a 60 in 1 JAMMA board on Ebay and was wondering what the deal was with them? How do they hook up etc;?

Just any general info would be cool to have??

Easiest thing to do in cases like this is to check out the wiki.

CheffoJeffo:

You won't get too much information because they are an illegal board and saint has asked us not to talk much about them (including no links or pricing info).

The are running an order version of MAME on an ARM chip (so there are some emulation glitches and bad sounds) and are wired JAMMA. Some versions allow two trackballs, requiring a separate harness, and all of the 60-in-1 boards that I have seen are capable of 31Khz output via a VGA plug.

You will definitely want to ensure that any cabinet you put one in has a TEST and SERVICE switch.

You mean an older version?
