What are all the controls in the top/middle of the conrol panel.

The green hair guy is from "Battle Flip Shot" (or its sequel "Bang Bead"). It is a very fun game.
At the top of the control panel there are 4 admin buttons, 2 jack audio output, and 2 knobs in the middle (for the volume and the bass of the speakers).
