You know the guy? You think you can get him to "donate" a gun to U_Rebelscum for testing purposes??? If it gets the U_Rebelscum seal of approval I'll get one for sure. I'm sure many others would too, since it's cheaper than the Act Labs gun.

As for the quality, maybe it was a receiver problem. What exactly was the problem? Was it not registering shots or were the shots off? What was the deal?

Ok is there some type of videogame equivalent of the NRA that I'm not aware of? ;D Sounds like some of you guys have quite the collection...looking in AlanS17's direction... ;)

I'm really hip to the look of that BIOgun - that's what a lightgun should look like. Or that virtual gun. Basically anything but the phaser/raygun that Act-labs looks like. If you guys figure this all out I look forward to the final verdict.

The newer actlab PC USB lightguns work quite well.

The old actlab GS gameport lightguns are the ones that are having problems.

The up-and-coming actlab TV USB lightguns should work as well the other actlab USB lightgun (but also with the extra features mentioned). I haven't tested one of course, but I have pre-ordered a couple, too.

I doubt the BioGun is worth ordering. Im almost certain that it dosnt have a calibration system.. and thats why the original actlabs guns didnt work.

When windows switches resolutions, the gun gets out of whach.. and needs recalibration. The new actlabs guns feature a calibrtaion switch to solve this... and as far as I know... no other gun does this.

I pre-ordered one too, but good lord, how long ago was that anyway? Any status of if/when it's coming out?
