Looks interesting, and i do love shooting games :)

BTW This wouldn't work with a TV as the monitor, would it?

Never seen it before. Whether it will work with MAME depends on what technology it uses to register a hit on the screen. If it works like a mouse click then it should theoretically work. No guarantees, though. It hooks up via the PS2 port, tohugh. Don't know what that's all about. The only other option on the market that works for MAME is USB.

It's certainly a better-looking gun than the ACt-Labs, tough (with a lil paint). I'm curious to know how this works out! Couldn't play 2-player, though, even if it did work. Not with PS2.

Found a USB gun that isn't from Act Labs. Connects via USB and VGA passthrough (like Act Labs).

Can we get some officiall U_Rebelscum opinions in here???  :D

Here is a better link for that last gun I mentioned. It's cheaper than the Act Labs gun, looks better than the Act Labs gun, and connects the same. Plus it has a reload peddle.

what does it take to make a USB gun work with MAME? different drivers / design? All the guns mentionned so far say they are USB, come with a VGA adapter.... sounds like they are all using the same basic components.. Hmm.
