You can buy them at Radio Shack... but if I recall, RandyT has them on his site for cheaper.  I usually buy in bulk on eBay (I use them for my controller hacks).

They're also referred to as Terminal Barrier strips...I got mine from The Source, our Radio Shack equivalent up here in the great white tundra.

That's a PS3 sixaxis controller along with the Toodles Axisdapter.
