My first attempt at conversion..my RYGAR CAB

Well, I have been hard at work at this, trying to get this correct.  I need to thank Cheffo for sending me the link with the guy about a pcb rygar board, very cool.  Unfortunately, I bought a board prior to the conversion, for cheap, but it did not work and was damaged.  I have continued with my Rygar theme, and am now fairly close to completion.  See pics.  I have built control panel, got orig marquee, reppo bezel from ArcadeOverlays that is NIIIIICE.  I have laminated the CAB with the microdot I posted earlier, I will never paint a cab ever with that stuff.  New T-molding, new plexi.  I am currently having probs with my IPAC, Andy is helping me with that....

-I have not watched tv for 3 weeks, up till 1 every night.  This is addicting, damn.......

-Here are some pics, if anyone wants more or has questions let me know, and if Steve (AU) has that board, let me know what you want for it, my budget is close to being gone...ouch....

No worries -- although it took me a while to figure out who asked most recently about a boardset.

What was the damage to the board that you bought ? I bought mine as non-working but it worked in may cab, although sporadically. Turns out that the problem was in the socket for the small daughterboard on the "top" of the boardset and, it has been rock-solid since I replaced that socket.

I see that you've gone down the MAME path, but someone might be interested in buying that boardset from you.
