moving sale. Lots of stuff.
« on: June 09, 2003, 04:14:54 pm »
I am going to be moving in a few months and I have a lot of assorted stuff to clear out. I will post it all here. Some is arcade related, most is not.

I will add each item to the list as it gets boxed up and weighed for shipping. I am assuming cheapest USPS shipping available from St. Louis to New York city. May be cheaper if you live a lot closer. Or you can pick up.

I accept money orders (postal ones preferred), cash, or items off the following wanted list.

Wanted

Oscar or Slikstick spinner
Computer 300 mhz+
Konami pinout game boards.
Any parts for Crystal Castles or Kangaroo.

For sale

Comic books lot #1

240 books ranging from the mid 1960s to the early 90s. Most of them are unread, many others are in pretty good condition, and a few are terrible. This lot has a lot of independent publishers, some 70s and 80s Marvel (Non-superhero limited series mostly), most of the complete run of Grimjack, and a few assorted Archie titles. Some are bagged, some are still sealed in their original plastic, none are boarded.
$50 shipped in the US. $40 picked up.

Computer bits lot #1

One "All in one" socket 370 motherboard, one Socket 7 motherboard with onboard video and sound (has some ram on the Mobo too), Diamond Stealth 2000 video card PCI, Alcatel USB DSL modem, voodoo 2 16MB video accelerator card with cable, "Reveal" ISA sound card, and a barcode scanner (keyboard port interface). Update, found a Pentium 233 MMX and antec fan which completes the socket 7 set
$25 plus shipping (8 lbs from zip code 63031, should be under $10 for parcel post)

Arcade bits lot #1 (bought by dirt, paid, and shipped).

Pong type spinner (no interface included), 2 Happ 8-way bases (not sure of which model, both barely used), One black balltop 4-way microswitch stick (no switches included), one STK 015 audio amplifier looks great with volume knob, one tested/working set of trackball optic boards, one compact 4-way microswitch joystick (only has two switches on it at the moment), one happ red bat joystick handle, 2 mini 2-way microswitch joystick assemblies VERY HEAVY DUTY (mounting plate design should work on wood or metal panels), one Gauntlet/Atari 8-way joystick microswitch mounting plate, and one black 4 button top fire handle that looks similar to the Tron handle.
$25 plus shipping (5 lbs from zip code 63031, should be under $10 for parcel post)

More to come as I box up things and weigh them.

Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

Control panel overlay lot of 2.
Metal "Amazing Maze" overlay in presentable condition. Setup for two joysticks and two player start buttons. This might come with two 70s era joysticks as well if I can't get them off the darn thing. Also includes Artic Mini control panel overlay. Spaceman graphics reverse silkscreened on plexiglass. Has holes for joystick, 2 start buttons and 2 play buttons. (Yes, the plexi IS the overlay).
Price is $15 plus shipping (shipping price depends on if I can get those sticks off the Amazing Maze overlay or not).

Comic books lot #2

250 books ranging from the early 1970s to the early 90s. Most of them are unread, many others are in pretty good condition, and a few are terrible. This lot has a lot of independent publishers, a lot more Marvel titles than lot 1 has, most of the complete run of Strikeforce Moritu, the semi-valuable Whitman Starstream Sci-Fi limited series, and a few assorted Harvey titles. Some are bagged, some are still sealed in their original plastic, none are boarded.
$53 shipped in the US. $42 picked up.

Is Space Zap a Midway 8080 game? If so, then I should have a couple of the proper joysticks and a Midway 8080 wiring harness.

Ok. Space Zap is a Midway 8080 game. So I do have a wiring harness available. Looks like it used buttons instead of a stick though, so you can disregard the part about me having the right sticks.

I no longer take paypal (they took me for over $100 once when they did one of their unannounced rules changes). But I am open to getting a Spinner from oscar (who does take paypal), and shipping yr stuff in trade for that.

As for other arcade stuff, not too much that I really want to part with. I have an Amazing Maze cardboard bezel, a couple of coin doors and some transformers. Oh, I also have a good Jamma harness and a few monitor bezels too. Probably other stuff if I go digging around in my shed. I used to have a TON of stuff, but I traded it all for a pinball.

Dirt, your payment was received today, and your package shipped today. I included as a bonus one Goindol EPROM chip, so now you have the legal rights to play Goindol.

Everything else on this page is still available.

Also have a 486 laptop (100 mhz 24 MB ram, audio, modem, nic, joystick, and carrying case including). and a 286 laptop (monochrome, has carrying case, and several working batteries).
