jr's Donkey Kong restoration
ivwshane:
And he's back!!! Can he redeem himself!!??
Good luck!
javeryh:
Good luck dude - I think I've decided to kind of MAME mine (running an old computer to play DK and a few other one button 4-way games). How much was the board? It seems like everything is super expensive when you add it all up.
jr:
The board was about $50 on ebay, that is including shipping.

The easiest thing to do would be to wire up an edge connector. I'm sure you can find a harness @ Mike's Arcade. I'm not even going to bother checking, they've got pretty much everything DK there.
Or you could make your own, but you're on your own getting wire for the harness.
jr:
Since I don't want to spend about $300 on original Sanyo monitor, I am considering converting the cabinet to Jamma wiring using a Donkey Kong to Jamma adapter.
