Here are the pics of the vent on my backdoor. Doesn't look like it would be to hard to fabricate.

Great! Thanks. BTW...I SCOURED google image search, and unless I'm a search engine moron, there are zero pictures of DK back doors out there.

Cool, thanks. Those will help a lot. Is there a strip of wood missing at the bottom? I don't see what would hold the bottom of the door in place?

I have no idea; good question though since I've been wondering the same thing. My DK cab had a busted lock so the back door was screwed on.  :angry:

I think the bottom of the back door sits in a groove in the back side of the cab.  I will have to look when i get home in a few hours.
