Ok,
I know there are a lot of experienced people out here that can help me with this. I want to build a JAMMA machine where I can swap boards etc and have different games. Eventually I want a NAOMI system with GD-ROM drive but for right now all I have is Blitz99 On the way to me. what all do I need o get started? and how do the controls get wired? I have extensive experience with wiring up Mame control panels but this is new.

Thank you. I will study these things

You'll have to get a video encoder to convert the cga to composite or whatever.  That is unless you have an arcade monitor or a monitor that can display cga.  The naomi runs at 31hz so you can just use a pc monitor for that.
