I just ran across this link and thought I would pass it on to you all.  They are regularly $100 / pair, and are going for $29.80 / pair.  Here is the description they give of this product:

Dude thanks for the link! This is awesome, I have a couple of Arcade racing games and they have force-feedback steering and amplified sound, the only thing I thought they were missing was feedback seats! I'm defineately going to buy a pair of these and see how it works. I'll tell you how it turns out!

Please do let me know how they work.  I have a similar setup (Act-Labs force-feedback wheel, Surround sound, etc.).  I would like to get a shifter and some of those force-feedback things for my chair.  I think that would be a pretty sweet setup.

I used to see those things going on UBid for like$15 or$20 each. They do require applification, though. From what I gather they just use a car audio amp, but those things aren't cheap.

In my case I run my arcade setup through my home theater setup, so it should easily be able to provide the amplification necessary shouldn't it?  Were the ones you saw $15 - $20 each, or for a pair?  The $29 is for a pair.

Well I suppose how well it runs depends on your home stereo. There are a couple things to keep in mind, though.

1) You better have a pretty good home stereo to push those watts without any sound loss.
2) Be careful if plan on chaining those things with your regular speakers because you don't want to over-tax your stereo and have a meltdown. (I did that last week chaining 2 sets together.)

Check your stereo first to see it's wattage rating for each individual channel. You'll probably get the best wattage from your base (which is probably the best place for these things anyways). Even still,  you probably won't have more than 500 watts devoted to base. If we're talking about a home theater system then we're probably talking about even less.

Putting a load above the wattage rating could hurt the system and since each piece is only getting a portion of the power then each piece will be only fractionally efective. You see where I'm going with this?

I think it's probably possible if you're careful and don't try blasting it to impress your friends.

As for if they were selling 1 or 2 together... it's been so long that I don't even remember.

I think just having one unit like that would be cool to mount underneath a control panel. You wouldn't need two.

But I do know that I had a problem when I used very powerful subs in my cab. The picture actually bounced. It was very bad. I was afraid I was going to damage my monmitor so I took it out.

But just one ought not to be so bad.
