HyperSpin + LD Dragon's Lair = explosion

Hey, I got a copy of Dragon's Lair for Daphne and I made a BAT file to run it, and set up HyperSpin to run the BAT file using the instructions here http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3961

So it works when I run it from Daphne's command line, it works when I run the BAT that does the same thing, but when I try and run it from HyperSpin, first HyperSpin freezes completely, then after ctrl alt del Dragon's Lair opens fine and plays. When you exit Dragon's Lair, probably because of HS freezing, explorer has totally crashed, no toolbars, no desktop! Need to restart to get everything back up.

Does anyone know how I can launch this BAT file from HS without it crashing? I tried on the HS forum, no one really knew, I'm thinking this is a conflict between HS and Daphne... Help?
