FS: Two MS Sidewinder Gamepads (non-USB)
« on: August 08, 2007, 03:55:50 pm »
Don't know if anybody still does gamepad hacks, but I have a pair of Microsoft Sidewinder gamepads - the ones that you can daisy-chain up to 4 and plug into the joystick port.  I believe one works flawlessly and the other needs a little extra pressure to go 'down' (but obviously if you're hacking it that won't be an issue).

Back in MY day we lived on the moon and we had to build a rocket ship from scratch to get to the Earth before we suffocated.

Correct, they look like this:

EDIT:  What's a PC Mission (in your sig)?  If it's this joystick: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B00000JD79/ref=dp_image_0/104-0622377-7802302?ie=UTF8&n=172282&s=electronics
I have one - but I think either some buttons or directions don't work, can't remember which.  (EDIT2:  Must be broken buttons, that's what most of the Amazon reviewers are saying)

How about this: for $20 I'll Priority Mail you the two gamepads and the PC Mission... if you can wait until August 14th for me to get to the post office.

No software for the gamepads by the way - I hope that isn't a problem!  PM me your address if interested.
