Static/dust buildup inside of plexiglass...

Hehe, then you might burn out the monitor cause there won't be any ventillation...

I think you could just put some weather stripping inbetween the monitor glass and your bezel, so nothing gets between them. The monitor should still have plenty of ventilation in back though.

Forgive me for stating the obvious but if you are using a fan to blow air into the cab, why not stick a filter before or right after it so that all the dust gets filtered out before the air runs around in your cab.

i meant just seal the part around the front where the plexi is.....not encase the whole thing air tight lol.

It's actually a 27" tv in a homebuilt cab, there's no way to really "seal off" to keep the dust out. Thanks for all the ideas though. I will just clean it with an anti-static spray and continue to do so.... My next cab will account for an easier method of removing/cleaning. Thanks again.
