WANTED: custom VGA cable for playstation 2/sega saturn

I have a 27" VGA monitor that handles 15khz and 31.5 khz RGB signals, so I was wondering if someone would kindly make me a VGA cable for sega saturn and playstation 2. I am just too busy and don't have the technical knowledge on how to do this (I am not good with wiring, schematics, or anything electronic).
