21" monitor fits? Very interesting...
Did you use any part of the original, metal CP?

That's a beautiful cab. Very inspiring. However, I'd change the joysticks to balltops.

21" fits nicely, you could go with a 22" no problem.
No, I tossed the old CP's and made some MDF ones from scratch. It would have been impossible to mount a trackball in the old ones.
Good call on the ball-tops, I'll try them on the second CP. ;)

Not exactly ball tops, but I have been working on some extra bat tops. I don't currently have the ability to turn a perfect ball. I can look into making a ball turning attachment for my lathe. Turning a perfect sphere is one of the most difficult things you can do without CNC. Sounds like a project. ::)
