On the website it looks like you were trying to show the translation from the 3d to real life by using the same angle. It looks like the colors are a little washed out and I was wondering if it was the art or the light/viewpoint, or something you had done on purpose, is this a downside to the material you used? --- End quote --- I took it with my 35mm camera w/flash (I don't have a dig cam) and the colors got a little washed out in the pic. However, the colors on all the overlays are very bright and vibrant - they are very close to the original RGB, but of course will never be the same since they were printed CMYK. X-O: Yeah they are LS-30's - very nice little sticks. They don't have as much throw as, say, comps or supers, but they are fine for most things. They hit the diagonals well - I just would'nt recommend them for fighting games. --- End quote --- You have 2 joysticks per player, does that mean you had to use an I-Pac 4? I'm trying to get my head around this. I'd think you'd have to.. am I right? *shakes cobwebs loose from brain* |
| Frostillicus:
you are correct, Brax :) I had an IPAC4 so I was able to use that to connect all the joysticks. I'm still messing with the 'controller' files mame uses for each game. And I"m still in the the setup-wiring phase because not all the joysticks are responding...hoping it's just a broken ground or something. |

That sucks! being able to play any game just by turning the panel...PFFFFFT thats a horrible idea! (Note theses remarks are made out of envy..Looks Great!) |

Here are some closups of my 2 of my panels (the tron one is mostly black). They aren't sharp because I'm really close but the colors look pretty good I think. I'm like 2 inches away from the lexan in these - you can see some plastic dust and debris I've yet to get rid of. |

Like the buttonX.ini. You make a button6.ini and a neogeo.ini to map out that first panel automatically for alot of games. |
