A search of MAWS with orientation = "vertical" and CHD required = "yes" shows 2 parents - "Keyboardmania 3rd Mix" and "Konami 80's AC Special".  The driver status is "preliminary" and "imperfect", respectively.  They both require 109u4 or later.  I've never tried them...
