I can only assume it doesn't work. They don't make any mention of the condition. They merely give a picture with the machine turned off.

Even still, for those people who have a hard time coming across cabinets for free, this might be a decent place to start. It's full of holes so someone better know what to do with the the wood filler. Looks like it's cracked down near the coin door, too. Maybe someone tried kicking it in or something.

The good news is that there's plenty of room to put the monitor back into a horizontal position.

This guy sells a lot of games.  His prices suck, and he's been trying to sell this game for a long time.  It doesn't work, and it is probably missing a lot of components.  The monitor probably doesn't work either.

Well what do you expect to get for $25? I would expect an empty shell. I'm sure that's what you get.

centuri cabinets are also not built to last.  you'll find very few screws in the bottom, and a lot of glue that has turned to dust.
