M6A4TS:

Does anyone know where I can find, or even what the name of those switches that have the plastic coverings over them that you have to flip up and then there is a button or switch on the inside, like those found on fighter planes to launch missles in the movies.  ANY leads or help would be appreciated!

Thanks in Advance,
M

1UP:

You can probably find something like this if you look for safety switches for industrial equipment.

Thanks 1up! still no luck finding them though, just think how cool it would be to power on your arcade machine with a switch like that!

Well, that might be cool... but it might be neater, for those of you/us who have function buttons on your CP it might be a neat way of protecting a Shazzaaam! or "esc" or "reset" key from being accidently depressed during gameplay.

Sorry, no help on locating 'em though... have you check the regular electronic parts sites? Mouser, jans etc?

*Shrug*

Recently at an AutoZone I saw these switches available in the selection of accessorie switches.  I wasn't able to find them online though.
