A cable to connect from the pc to an amplifier.  Wire to connect the speakers to the amp.   A power source for the amp if it does not have one built in.

If you have a receiver just connect your PC to the aux  or line in input and you do not need an amp.

If you already have a stereo receiver that you are willing to sacrifice to the jukebox, you can get something like this for your PC:

http://www.soundblaster.com/products/product.asp?category=1&subcategory=16&product=14191

Quality on the optical outputs on this would most likely be better quality than connecting RCA plugs from your PC to a receiver/amp.

All of this assumes that you don't already have a digital out on your sound card, if you do, then just run that to your receiver whichever way the sound card/receiver says you should.
Reality is overrated.

Basically, you need an amp capable of driving them.   It is good to note the type, wattage, and ohm rating, and find yourself a compatible amp.    Basically, you can connect your PC to any amp with line in.   Some amps may use an RCA type connector, and to connect a PC, you need a 1/8" to RCA adapter (or probably to two RCAs if your amp is stereo).
