I've heard that Sanwa and Seimitsu won't directly sell to people/companies outside of Japan, but that may just be a rumor. Once things calm down a bit, I'd check with LizardLick and akihabarashop, two of the main retailers. GamingNow sells them, but IIRC, they buy them from akihabarashop.
