Nice and sturdy, and almost a "leathery" feel to them - not a "slick" vinyl feel at all. And they aren't shiny - more of a matte look (like leather) Also, the material wraps around the whole seat, instead of chrome around the vertical area of the seat. They bolt together, but the thing almost stood there by sheer friction when I put the two rings onto the legs. Screwed down tight and they're as solid as a rock. Good cusion, could be a bit more cushy, but actually that's being picky. I'll try and post a pic soon. For $40, they can't be beat. |

I went to Walmart and got 2 stools for like 20 clams each. Came with some pretty good covers and all. Really comfy and a hell of a lot cheaper. I couldn't justify spending money on stools...I am a struggling college kid as is. -madk |

Wow, the Happs deal looks really awesome... I'm goin' for it... Thanks for the heads up! I've been needing a coupla stools, I just didn't know where to look. It seemed like something that could get really expensive if you look in the wrong place. |
