Yeah, I've seen average looking barstools in some furniture stores for $150 each and more. Nothing special about them, just expensive. Or maybe they'll negotiate down to a cheap, cheap rate of $100! ;)
MinerAl:
I got a couple of chrome and red leather very nice bar stools at a local billiards supply store, about US$60 each.

Last time I was wandering through the automotive area of Wal-Mart, they had a "shop stool,"  chrome with a black padded vinyl (or some shiny plastic anyway), for $35.

I've also seen some "Z" style stools for about $100/pair. I definitely want to stay away from the shiny, plastic-looking vinyl that I've seen on some stools.

So, what do YOU have in front of your cab? Likes/Dislikes? Any feedback on the Happ stools or others will be greatly appreciated - thanks!

As promised, here's a coupla pics of the $40 Happs stools. Good stuff.

I have one stool that I got at Wal-Mart for 35 and while it's very sturdy, I'd have to say that it's the ugliest stool I've ever seen.  It has drawings of a car, a motorcycle, and a truck on top.  I guess it was made for mechanics.  I have another stool that's a Z style that I found at Big Lots for $19.99.  It's kinda wobbly but if you don't lean back in it, it's great.

How much did shipping run you guys on the Happ stools?
