Money for Control Panel

Hi, I am willing to pay anyone that would be interested in building me a complete 2 player control panel. I am planning on building an upright machine for a several emulators. I feel that I can handle everything about the project except the controls. So if anyone could simplify this for me I would be very appreciative. Here's what I have in mind:
I am only concerned with connecting with my PC.
2 joysticks
A trackball in the center
As many or as few buttons as is normal to play most games. I am not
particular with this.
You do not have to mount this stuff on a panel, I will do this. I was hoping that all of the wiring/soldering could be done and the electronics could just be put in a box. Maybe each wire could be labeled with the corresponding button a, b, c, etc.., the buttons and the joysticks can be also labeled with each label matching to a wire. Maybe the wires can be fitted with female interconnects which fit onto the connectors of the buttons/joysticks. The goal for me would be to take each wire and hook it up to the connectors with no soldering required. buy a ipac. Its  so easy! All the terminals are labeled there is no soldering and its the best keyboard interface around. Don't mess with a keyboard or joystick hack you'll regret it later. Andy is a stand up guy who has responded promptly when I've had questions. I've bought 2 of his interfaces and am getting ready to order a third.

For the trackball just buy one that has a ps/2 connection. Theres a flood of them on ebay lately. I got 2 for $22 each. Last I checked their were some 3" imperials for buy it now of $4o which is far batter than the $80-160 a arcade supplier is going to get you for.

I just want to second the recommendation for an IPAC.  I built my controls without ever breaking out a solder iron (not even sure if I own one...... ).

As long as you can use a wire stripper/crimper you are all set.  Just get an IPAC, some wire, some quick disconnects, and you are fine.  Ultimarc even sells an installation kit (I think) with this stuff all bundled for you.
