I'm selling a Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution and i know a couple people selling STreet FIghter 3 Upper and a number of other new fighters but this stuff is all NAOMI hardware based.

Paul - sf 3.3 is still expensive, you may be better trying to get the US version as it is usually about $50 - $75 cheaper than the japanese version

I have a complete SF3.3 Japanese Version A and I've been offered (and turned down) over $500 US for mine.

side note - expect to see some dead SF3.3's poping up this year, unless of course the batterys have been swapped

Megalo,  do you know of anyone who can resurrect the boards in question?  I know the board has to have power in order to be operated on, but just asking for reference sake.

Capcom Japan is the only place I know of but I myself have never tried to contact them.
