blue translucent buttons
« on: May 12, 2005, 12:13:30 pm »
I have decided to theme my cab in Berzerk.

I want to paint the cab black with all blue buttons and chrome joysticks.  Would be really cool if the buttons were translucent and glowed blue.

Where is a good place to get the buttons?

thanks

Sounds like Knievals cab here.

I think Happs, Wico, and The Real Bob Roberts supply translucents, but as far as I'm aware you need to buy and mount the led's yourself.
I didn't touch it....honest!

Centsible Amusements is where i got my translucent buttons, they are a great place to deal with, i've had great luck with them...however, they are leaf buttons.  And finding the leaf switches/button holders have proved to be quite a problem.

I was forced to go through WICO for mine and i'm still waiting for them after 2 weeks.

oh sweet jesus that is one nice cab!

Yeah, I will rip that off...lol

seriously, I will probably copy the CP some but that is exactly the look I am after.  Mine, would have the Berzerk marquee and sideart though.

Thanks!

If you want blue microswitch translucents, I'm getting pretty close to ordering my production run.

11 now, it looks like you'll have to wait a month or two to get them yet. But it looks to me like they would be worth it.
