Its only a little 'un - yap yap yap yap yap yap yap...... doesnt even stop for air..
i should go any say something, but im far too lazy.

It certainly doesn't sound like your neighbors had much luck shutting your dogs up by following "the rules".

The CD gesture wasn't going to be useful... the only way now is to get Animal Control over there. If they can't control the dog they will have to get rid of it.
