FREAKIN' Dog won't stop barking!!

The dog in the apartment next to me has been barking NONSTOP for the past several hours. The bimbos that live there are out partying and won't be back until at least 2-3am.
I'm starting to feel like the Son of Sam, like it's trying to tell me something..."feed me poisoned ham!"...or something.
Anyhow, this has happened many times before, we've talked to the chicks, complained to the landlord and nothing has been done. I want to strangle the freakin' thing and wear it's fur as a suit!!
But besides that, anyone here ever have a similar situation? How did you remedy it?
I'm thinking Animal Control, but unfortunately they aren't open on weekends.

If its late at night, they can and will take care of it..
then get them to write a report, take said report to landlord..
Repeat a few times..
Now the sluts dont have a home..

The dog is telling you something , too bad you're the only one hearing it "feed me damn you and i dont want to be alone" im sure you can understand his problem.
