Bones:

From player 3 & player 4 positions you can slightly see past the bezel into the cabinet. Once the back of the cabinet is installed and the insides are in darkness I assume this will no longer be an issue.

If it is I will pack the sides of the monitor with some leftover cardboard which should then conceal everything quite nicely.

Final list of things that need to be done.

-Paint CP box (damn weather, been raining all week)
-Install exctraction fans. Done 4/12/05
-Mount on/off switch under control panel
-Finalise marquee & sideart designs and get printed.
-Cut and fit marquee Lexan
-Wire coin door and fit barrel locks
-Wire dashboard speakers.
-Fit coin tin (Looking for a steel baking tray I can just drop in place)
-Mount all hardware inside cab and tidy wiring
-Install marquee speaker grills
-Redo dashboard access panel (May end up now going for a non lockable panel)
-Install T-molding (Considering my ---Cleveland steamer--- T-molding groove I think this may be a real nightmare.)
-Continue testing front ends.

I think this is everything!  :D

In my experience hot glue is your friend here.

nostrebor:

Your bezel looks great.

I used the same type of cardboard (matte board for framing pictures) The board I used was black all the way through, so no white edges. Also used hot glue for the corners, but no "tabs" in the back. Just butt the corners together and glue from the backside. If the cuts are accurate and straight, the corners will come out perfect from the front.

It took me a Sunday afternoon and about 1/10th of the $5 board to do mine.

I consciously decided against all black because I thought it would be difficult to mark and harder to see the lines when it came time to cut out the shapes. As it turns out, a pencil mark was quite easy to see on the black so I will remember this for next time.
