Ever since the last New England BYOAC meetup, Jen has been addicted to Burger Time. On the first meetup (during the championship), she spent most of the day playing Tetris, then got really pissed off when some world record holder knocked her off the highscore table.

She also loves Samba De Amiga, I bought the Dreamcast maraca controllers just so she'd have an excuse to play video games with her friends when we're all drunk  ;D

I'll second Samba De Amigo.   Add some huge Sombrero's I brought back from Mexico, to make it even funnier, and the chicks just won't leave my parties!

I'm lucky my GF is into games too...although not as competitive as me, she still can get pertty hooked on puzzle games and some RPGs.

SpamMe:

Argh, had a really detailed reply typed up and it disappeared. Short version:
* = Games we played together (as opposed to taking turns)
All the mario games from NES to N64, all Zelda games from NES to Gamecube, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (but not the longer fight scenes), Black & White, Singles, Mario Kart* for NES, N64, and Gamecube (in reverse order of preference), Marathon* 2 and Infinity, Unreal Tournament*, Quake 3*, Serious Sam* 1 & 2, Battlefield* 1942 and Desert Combat, Road Rash* 64, Gish, DDR, Tetris, Dr. Mario, misc flash/shockwave games, ALL the Harry Potter games, Simpsons Hit and Run, and GTA 3 and VC.

Things she looks for in a game, her words: Story driven (even if ridiculous), puzzles, relatively low-stress low-punishment games (not starting allll the way over after a death etc.).

...I married her a month ago :)
