ijust checked ebay and notices that 233 mobo's with cpu go for $5 or less...if they sell at all.  At ram to that and you might get $10...maybe.

Id just keep it or sell it here for buttons

Sorry for not responding sooner.

I'm still looking but my preference is flex atx or micro atx form factor with onboard video and sound so I can avoid needing seperate cards.

When sorting through my old stuff I ran across some spare P3 slot 370 CPUs that I'd like to make use of if i can source a slot 370 flex or micro atx motherboard.
