Is there any website that has a database of "Working" / "Not Working" statuses for all the ROMs in the latest version of MAME?

I don't know but if you download MAME32 it has some folders set up in it including "Working" and "Non-Working"

There isn;t anything on working vs. non-working. The closest you could get is to use MAWS and see when last rom change was.
