Specifying multiple ROM paths in MameWAH?

SirPeale:

How do you do it?  I've tried different seperators between the paths , ; | and it doesn't like any of them.

Or am I just doomed to one path?

Wizard of DelRay:

I tried to do the same thing (since I keep my Sega CD isos in seperate folders) but it didn't work.  I assume it can't be done because in Mamewah Set-up it only lets you choose one path, but I hope I'm wrong.

stuzza:

You are right, it can't be done in the current version.  You can do it for MAME by specifying the multiple paths in your mame.ini file though.

P.S. this has been posted quite a few times in the last few weeks.

Minwah:

For MAME, as long as you specify your paths in mame.ini (as stuzza says), and use the 'Verifysets' List Gen. Method, then multiple paths will work.

For other emulators, you're stuck with 1 path for the moment :(

I am using Mame.  The paths are specified (and tested working) in mame.ini.  The 'VerifySets' has been selected.  Go to 'Refresh Games List' and nothing happens.  Heck, it doesn't even generate an 'EMU1.LST' file when I do that.

I'm obviously missing something, I'm just not sure what.

Edit: is this for versions BEFORE the xml?  I'm using .84u5 and it does not seem to want to run the -listxml command.
