Cocktail Patch for MAME

I was looking for PMF's cocktail patch, but it's not at his site anymore.

Wondering if anyone had it laying around, or if PMF could email it to me?

You don't need it. It was just a patch for the source code of mame, so all games with a cocktail dip were set. I'm recompiling mame and need this patch, since I am doing a cocktail cab.
