Game Idea for scrolling shooter

Sorry I don't know a lot about game development...but I would love to see a game by BYOAC-ers...for once there would be no worries about cab-friendlyness :)

Me too. Plus, I am totally enamored with the whole X prize thing and a game using the White Knight and SpaceShip One would totally rock... of course, we could add the other ships in the race as enemies or as selectable ships. How's this for a concept. You fight your way to the top of the sky with the whole ship, then you launch the space ship, play a few space levels, then have a descent level with the space ship. Or, as a variation, once you complete the process with the White Knight and SpaceShip One (or whichever ship you selected first) twice (as required by the X prize) then you get to choose a different ship and try again. You keep going until you have completed the mission with each of the ships then you have won the game!
