[Dragon King] Run-time error '9'
RavenShadow:
Every time I launch Dragon King, I get this error :
Run-time error '9'
Subscipt out of range
The thing is that it worked yesterday (it was the first time I used this FE).
I tried to delete the Dragon King folder and try again from a clean install, but I always have this error.
Is it a known problem ? I didn't find anything in this forum.
Thanks in advance.

Try running the executable wizard in the DK folder. Think it is called dumba.exe or something to that nature.
Do you get anything to show up at all? Intro screen, audio, or does it just black screen you to the error right away?
Makes sure you have a current catver.ini file and dat. files for your emus. and they are placed in the proper folders.
Also what does the laz.log say?
There are some specific set-ups you need to do before getting it off and running, I know of at least one other board member (besides myself) that had some initial glitches before getting it working correctly.
If the wizard dosent do it for ya Ill try to post specific set up info. for you as best as I am able in order to get you off and running.
There is a new version of DK coming out soon too so that may or may not clear it up for you as well.

When I launch DumbA.exe, it creates the Masterlist.lst with the information I gave.
The parsing of the Mame Dat File seems to work fine.

I have the dragon zooming in the eye and the sound. And then, screen goes black and *boom*, error message.
When I click ok, I go back to windows (XP with SP1) and explorer.exe crashed.

It's ok

I can't find it !?
The thing that I don't understand at all, is that DK worked fine yesterday. I launched it a couple of time to test it.
And this morning, It doesn't work (Lazarus neither).
Thanks for your help.
Teknique:

Do you guys need my help? I think it's great I didn't have to even get involved, but it'd be nice if the solution and problem were posted here for future reference. (For me as well.)
