Marvel Super Heroes Control Panel Template Decal

I'm converting a Dynamo HS-27 to a Marvel Super Heroes.  I previously had a MSH in a Defender cabinet but it's a lot smaller so I need all new artwork.

Does anyone have the original files for the MSH control panel joystick/button template?  I found the CPO on ArcadeArtwork.org but not the templates.  Attached is an example of what I'm looking for from the user manual but it's in black & white.  I don't mind paying for these if anyone knows of a vendor that sells them.

I have hi-res PNGs of various stickers. I've reassembled them by hand so they're not absolutely 1:1, but hopefully these should do.
