So, what are my best options ? I am new to this, but applying general rule of thumb to things, even though say several things would work, usually matching what they originally came with is best as it functions properly and all features (if any) respond/function as intended from manufacturer. Is this the same with monitor chassis to tubes ? Like best response/look/function/factory specs/etc.. will only happen if using the stuff it shipped with ? Or of the likes.

That said - so what's its name, model and where can I find it ! I'm ready.

It is an arcane art.

If you search around here you'll find lists of yoke reistance and impedence values for both arcade monitors and consumer tubes that you can use to try and match stuff up.

Neck diameters and pin counts too.

It isn't impossible to find matches but takes a little research and patience.

Like Mike A suggests, unless you have geographic issues like yours truly, then better to just find original complete monitors and repair those.

Many old ones are well built, robust and are repairable.

CRT neck pins look a little rusty, give them a buff for good luck

Oh for sure - I plan on doing that too. But this came to me now, and it'd be fun to get it going. It looks relatively new ! From my research, there are several entire monitor chassis available online here and there that contain everything other than the tube (which is what I have). I just need to know the model name/number of the monitor chassis that goes with this tube, then I can put them together. Hence why I was asking.

So far my research has brought me to Kortec and another I forget, but the model numbers I found the guy was saying was for a 20" and I have a 19" (though the same exact tube model number. I guess tube model numbers can be the same for all the different sizes ?) - And I want to make sure what I got works. eBay has tons, again, I just need a verification of which one is the correct one. Ideally I'd like to get the one these shipped with - which I believe is the Kortec ?

I also heard 10 pins is harder to find. Sucks, cause thats what this is.

Good call ! Will do. Small area, especially between the pin edge and the electron gun assembly chassis thing.. so I will use some 1,000-2,000 grit sandpaper pieces and coil them up perfectly to get around the whole pin and polish them all up good one by one. Of course being very careful and gentle.

I heard that thing can implode if you are not careful. So while working close to it like that, I imagine some safety glasses is smart ? Or not needed ?

Anyway, thanks guys - if someone comes up with a brand name and model number of the proper Chassis, please let me know - thanks.
