You’ve done very nice work on this. But how are you going to pause the game or bring up the menu? Volume control? |
Mike A:
There will be a volume knob inside the coin door. There is no pause button, but after you put coins in, a menu, or at least a dialog comes up to let you select 1 or 2 players. |
Mike A:
I have a SF2 Champion Edition PCB waiting to be used. The original Street Fighter is rather painful to play. |

I'm hard pressed to think the word janky is appropriate for a build/restoration thread of yours. Although I suppose what you began with was kinda/sorta. You should be proud of that control panel. My first job out here on the rock was with a raingutter company and I learned quickly how tricky bending flat stock can be. There is only one place on 'Oahu I know of that could make a panel like that- and it might not even look that good. Do you have a plan for the speaker panel? Apart from the crooked looking coin door (and I've had a few glasses of red wine mind you) that was the only piece that really screamed janky to me at first glance. |
Vigo:
I agree, some nice speaker mesh across the top and it will look 1000% better. |
