How to remove old side panel artwork

Are there any tricks to removing a vinyl sticker from a laminated cabinet? I have a cabinet that currently has a generic "bowling" sticker on the side that I would like to replace with full side art. If I don't remove the bowling sticker you'll be able to see it under the new vinyl.
I'm not sure what the sticker is made of... it's fairly thick and rigid... almost like laminate but maybe half as thick.
I've tried using a chiseled putty knife. This can get underneath it with a lot of scraping but it eventually just chips off in tiny pieces.
I've tried a razor blade, but it's not strong enough to break the bond under the sticker.
Is there another trick to doing this?

Get it hot with a heat gun...And wipe the residue off with paint thinner, or goo off, (mild works, don't need the extreme).

Thanks. The heat gun worked well to remove the printed part of the sticker, but it left a thick glue. I'll try to remove it with Goo Gone tomorrow.

Note for anyone visiting this thread in the future... I first tried Goof Off. It worked to remove the glue be left a gooey mess that was still stuck and smeared on the cabinet. Then I tried Goo Gone and it worked perfectly. After letting it sit for a few minutes I was able to scrape everything off easily.
