Okay - downloaded usb image tool, it made me download additional software to run, but appears to be running now. I have opened the usb image tool application and selected my Transcend cf card reader as the device. Is the next step clicking on restore and then choosing the itouch 9 folder?

Yes click restore, then find the itouch9.img you dounloaded and select it and hit ok

Thanks! Any other steps besides putting the New cf card in the motherboard and reassembling now?

Is there a chance you can re link the itouch 9 image. ??  This one seems to have a bad link.  Thanks in advance.

Any other solutions for the picture below ??
