  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
WTB Sega Blast City arcade machine
« on: July 03, 2020, 04:16:46 pm »
Looking for a working Sega Blast City Arcade cabinet.  I'm looking to use my own jamma card in it, so if it doesn't come with a game that is fine.

Located in Riverview, FL.

If you're willing to pay for the freight, the best sources are KC in Rosemead CA, https://www.arcade-projects.com/forums/index.php?thread/10993-k-c-game-sale/ and http://www.gamesaru.net/ . If you get either you'll want to clean them up, they're likely discolored from all the japanese smoking/nicotine.

I have a Blast City cab in good condition.  It's got 2 player 6 button layout with kick harness and everything.  It's Jamma/JVS compatible (I never tried to play any NAOMI games though, mostly normal JAMMA and CPS2).  Can also hook up mame PC or some game consoles with the vga connection (I have some controller extensions I created so I could play xbox 360 on it back in the day but probably nobody cares about xbox 360 now lol).  Was mostly already in good condition when I bought it, but I did restore a few cosmetic details w/ original parts (I think one of the side art and 100Y sticker) and cleaned it up a bit.

I would sell for $1300, but I live in WA state so the shipping cost alone would probably be a nightmare.  If you're still interested given all that, let me know and I'll give you more info/pictures etc.
