Model 2 on Windows 10 keeps minimising

I've just upgraded the PC's in my Daytona Twin, the Model 2 emulator runs fine but keeps auto-minimizing to the taskbar. Seems to do this consistently when I launch the emulator from a batch file or Mala frontend. Quite frustrating and I cant figure out the issue

I've tried running in Windows 7 compatibility mode but makes no difference

Any ideas?
